Colorado Open Meetings Law Overview 

School boards are subject to the requirements set forth in Colorado’s Open Meetings Law,  C.R.S. 24-6-401 and 24-6-402 (OML), which is part of the general Colorado Sunshine Law that outlines how public meetings are conducted.
