2025 Invitation to Exhibit:
CASB's 85th Annual Convention!

This is your chance to meet with district decision-makers to share important information regarding your services. As an exhibitor, you will have the ability to connect with school board members and superintendents, conduct demonstrations, distribute information, develop effective connections, and establish new markets with more than 1,100 key decision-makers in Colorado's 178 public school districts. If you provide products or services to school districts, you won’t want to miss this event!

Overview of Exhibit Hall and Convention

Exhibit Hall Highlights:

  • Exhibit set-up on Wednesday, December 10, 2025
  • Exhibit Hall open to attendees 
    • Thursday, 7 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Friday, 7 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday Welcome Reception 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall
  • Thursday and Friday, attendees will have breakfast and lunch located in the Exhibit Hall
  • Exhibit Hall layout for the 85th Convention
  • Conveniently located next door to the general session
  • Exhibitor Grid-Game to drive attendees to your booth
  • Exhibit hall announcements made during the general sessions and pushed in the Event Mobile App
  • Security provided at the end of the day on Wednesday and Thursday

Booth Reservation Includes:

  • 10’ x 10’, 10 x 20, or 20 x 20 draped exhibit booth choices
  • 6’ covered and skirted table
  • Sign with company name
  • Two folding chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Free WiFi
  • Meals for two company representatives: Thursday breakfast, lunch, reception and Friday breakfast and lunch. Additional meals can be purchased.

    Cancellation Policy: 

    • Booth: Refund available through Sept. 27, 2025 (minus $50 fee)

    Important Dates and Information

    Setup & Show Dates 

    Setup: starts at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 10
    Show hours: Thursday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. 

    Booth Assignments

    CASB will assign booths on a first-come, first-served basis (after payment has been received).

    Sponsorship Booths

    Thursday Reception Bar: 10, 21, 60, 70
    Barista Coffee Bar: 15, 59, 69 (two hour increments)

    NEW! CASB Friday Prize Giveaway Changes

    We are no longer having our Friday afternoon Raffle drawing. You have control on how many times you give a prize away and have more opportunities to draw attendees to your booth throughout the event. Please note the changes below.

    • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their entries and handing out their prizes during the event.
    • Prize recipients must meet at your exhibit booth to claim their prize. We encourage you to ask for cell phone numbers so that you can text the winners to pick up their prize at your booth.
    • You can give away prizes as often as you like and multiple times during the CASB Convention.
    • CASB continues to utilize the CASB Grid Card Game to drive attendees to your booth. There will be four different grid card game cards this year. Diamond, Platinum, and Gold CASB Partners will have their names on all cards.
    • WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT GIVE AWAY BOTTLES OF ALCOHOL AT THE EVENT. WE DO HAVE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ATTENDING THE STUDENT LEADERSHIP ACADEMY ON FRIDAY AND THEY WILL BE IN THE EXHIBIT HALL.

    CASB recommends bringing swag bags to drive more attendees to your booth. CASB does not provide bags to attendees.
