CASB's 85th Annual Convention!
This is your chance to meet with district decision-makers to share important information regarding your services. As an exhibitor, you will have the ability to connect with school board members and superintendents, conduct demonstrations, distribute information, develop effective connections, and establish new markets with more than 1,100 key decision-makers in Colorado's 178 public school districts. If you provide products or services to school districts, you won’t want to miss this event!

Overview of Exhibit Hall and Convention
Exhibit Hall Highlights:
- The Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday and close on Friday late afternoon
- Exhibit Hall open to attendees December 11-12, 2025 with set-up on Wednesday, December 10, 2025
- Exhibit Hall hours: Thursday 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Friday 7 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Exhibit Hall layout for the 85th Convention coming soon.
- Thursday Welcome Reception held in the Exhibit Hall
- Breakfast and Lunch for Thursday and Friday are in the Exhibit Hall
- Conveniently located next door to the general session
- Exhibitor Grid-Game to drive attendees to your booth
- Dedicated Exhibit time on Thursday and Friday
- Exhibit hall announcements made during the general sessions and pushed in the Event Mobile App
- Security provided at the end of the day on Wednesday and Thursday
Booth Reservation Includes:
- 10’ x 10’, 10 x 20, or 20 x 20 draped exhibit booth choices
- 6’ covered and skirted table

Cancellation Policy:
- Booth: Refund available through Sept. 27, 2025 (minus $50 fee)
- Meals: Refund available through Oct. 18, 2025 (minus $25 fee)
Important Dates and Information
Setup & Show Dates
Setup: starts at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 10.
Show hours: Thursday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Booth Assignments
CASB will assign booths on a first-come, first-served basis (after payment has been received).
Name Tags
All name tag changes for your exhibitor booth attendees are due by Friday, November 1, 2025.
There are a maximum of 6 name badges per booth. If you have more than 6 attendees, or you make any changes after Friday, November 1, you will receive nametags with just your company name printed on them. These badges can be traded between your attendees depending on who is at the booth.

Exhibitors are responsible for completing the below Broadmoor forms which will be coming soon:
- Electrical Order Form
- Internet Access Form (for wired internet access, separate network or increased bandwidth)
- Event Technology Form
- Exhibitor Sign Rigging Form
NEW! CASB Friday Prize Giveaway Changes
- CASB is asking each exhibitor to donate a prize worth at least $50.
- Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their entries and handing out their prize during the event.
- Prize recipients must meet at your exhibit booth to claim their prize.
- CASB utilizes a Grid Card Game to drive attendees to your booth.
Swag Bags
CASB recommends bringing swag bags to drive more attendees to your booth.
