Sample Resolution in Favor of Healthy School Meals for All Ballot Measures
This resolution is in favor of Proposition LL and MM, which are designed to provide funding for the Healthy School Meals for All Program. Senate Bill 25B-003 was signed into law on August 16 to modify Proposition MM such that it allows for funds to be used for the supplemental nutritional assistance program (SNAP), which was recently limited in a federal budget bill. This sample resolution was originally published before SB25B-003 was passed, and has been updated to include the new information.
