[1] If a Board has adopted the Policy Governance model, the policies referenced herein should be used to revise the district's administration policy manual.

[2] Refer to the note box at the top of the policy to determine if your BOCES should adopt the policy.

[3] We have not included a redlined version of AC-R-3 because the regulation had substantial revisions in structure, language, and formatting and the redlined version was too complicated. It is recommended to revise the already-existing AC-R-3 in full by replacing the old language with the new AC-R-3 language.
