Daily resort charge of $39.00 per room will be added to each account daily, which includes the following:

- Admission to movies and select matinees in The Little Theatre
- In-room hot beverage program: teas, coffee, hot chocolate
- Two bottles of water and ice delivered daily at turndown
- Art and History Tour: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10:30am
Broadmoor Room Cancellation Deadline: Seven days prior to the arrival date Check in is after 4:00pm, Check out is before 12:00pm Room reservation process: You will be charged a deposit of one nights room rate for each reservation. If you provide tax exempt paperwork the taxes will be removed at checkout. If you fail to provide the proper paperwork, you will be charged all taxes.
Parking Cost: $25 per day, self parking; $35 per day, valet parking |
