McGuffey Award

The CASB McGuffey Award is designed to honor that unique board member who brings to his/her board work both the head and the heart of committed and passionate service. 

All State Board of Education

The Colorado All State Board of Education effort recognizes at least one school board in the state for its outstanding boardmanship. Its members demonstrate excellence in board leadership, sound reasoning, foresight in planning, and the ability to build relationships.

Legislative Excellence Award

The CASB Legislative Excellence Award recognizes outstanding legislators for their distinguished service on behalf of all the school districts in Colorado. Over the years, CASB has singled out one or two commendable legislators. This year we are pleased to honor two women who are legislative leaders in Colorado’s General Assembly.

State Leadership Award

The CASB State Leadership Award is presented to an individual or individuals whose unique quality of leadership has made a dramatic and lasting impact on the future of education in the state of Colorado.
